Fun Times in Avenal

On our trip north today to see Grandpa and Grandma Mattie, we made a stop in Avenal to visit the Stearns family...Uncle Keith, Aunt Jill, Cameron 18 & Sam 16. We all had so much fun! We spent the afternoon swimming, enjoying great fellowship and being treated to wonderful lunch. It was the perfect afternoon...Mama got to some of her oldest and dearest friends, the triplets got to eat all the cookies any four year could want and the boys got to swim more than fish. Aunt Jan (Aunt Jill's sister) and her three children...Joshua 17, Amy 15 & Jacob 13...along with Grandma Shirley (Aunt Jill's mom) were at the Stearn's. As you can see by the photos...LOTS of fun was had!! I think our family made quite an impression on our Avenal friends...like when Clay through a cookie into their used to be crystal clear pool (ugh!) and the not so brave screams and panic attack by the triplets over their two mild manner and very friendly doxies...Red Harry & Zoey. If you ever find yourself in Avenal, you may want to look up the Stearns family. They are super fun people to hang around with and take great care of all who enter into their home!
