Grandpa and Nana {Blessing}

We made a trip to Bakersfield to attend Uncle Carl and Aunt Sue's
50th wedding anniversary.  (I am so sorry I forgot my camera!) 
It was so much fun to catch up with our Bakersfield relatives!
The next day we were blessed to attend church with Grandpa and Nana.
Their church hosted a delightful potluck lunch.  We blessed to take home
tons of great treats from the potluck...so many thoughtful and generous folks!

 

Nana has a turtle that follows her around the yard named Rusty.
Grandpa has a dog named Falcon that doesn't like sharing attention
with a turtle...a most amusing situation!



We had so much fun when Gandpa and Nana came over to the beach to
join us for a couple of days.  They really liked staying at Aunt Cami's
fabulous beach house.  Thanks for sharing Aunt Cami!

We have stayed very busy catching up with family and friends while here in California.  Spending time with Grandpa and Nana is always a blessing!  We are looking forward to seeing them in Oklahoma, Lord willing, the end of September.  How fun!!
