HUGE Praise Report! {Blessing}

I know that many of you would have liked an update sooner, but this report will be worth the wait!  Natalie is doing FABULOUSLY.  Removing the fluid (450 ml) off her heart has made a HUGE difference!  She is no longer in severe pain and is only using minimal medication to manage her pain.  Yeah!  She now has an appetite and is eating.  Wahoo!  She has been able to take walks around the nurses station for the last two days.  Hooray!  Eating and walking are essential to her recovery.  The drain for her heart is still in place.  The doctors feel that it is extra fluid around her lungs that have been causing the fluid build up around her heart.  Today, fluid (800 ml) was removed from one of her lungs.  Lord willing, the second lung will not have to be drained as this is a painful procedure.  Each day brings forth new challenges and blessings, but considering ALL that Nat has endured...She is doing great!!  Natalie is taking visitors, so please feel free to stop by and say "hi", as long as you are healthy.
