Praise Report Update {Blessing/Pray}

WAHOO!  I just talked with Paul and he said, "We're moving in the right direction."  Yeah! Natalie underwent a procedure called a pericardium infusion (I think) which was to remove all the fluid build up around her heart.  The doctors were able to drain the fluid and found that most of the fluid was "old" blood, not "new" blood, which is a HUGE praise!  She will continue to have a drain so they can monitor the fluid but if all is well, it may be removed tomorrow.  Her status has been upgraded and she is being moved closer to the nurse's station for more constant monitoring.  The doctors think that the removal of the fluid around her heart will resolve some of the problems with her struggling kidneys.  She is still having hourly blood tests to monitor her very high potassium level.  As Paul said, "One thing at a time."  We praise God for the removal of the fluid.  Next needs to be kidneys and potassium.  Then walking and eating.  All in God's perfect timing!Paul asks that folks refrain from visiting for at least today.
