Welcome to Five for Friday. A weekly post of five things (in no particular order) worthy of mention that came across our paths during the past week. Many of these things have already been shared on Instagram. I am sorry for the repeat of information for those who follow me there.

One: Grandpa painted all my doors RED!! I totally LOVE my new reds doors!!
Thank you Grandpa! |
 |
| What's not to LOVE about this fun color?! |
 |
Two: Sarah and Elizabeth (Izzie to our family!) Ballman came for a long overdue visit.
Lil and Dee had a blast catching up...bowling, frozen yogurt, prom dresses,
photo shoot, movies, popcorn, volleyball and late night talking. All fun!! |
 |
Three: We had a fabulous time celebrating Memorial Day at the Chatham's.
A good time was had by all thanks to their wonderful hospitality.
Here's Clay and his buddy, Caleb. |
 |
Four: Nana blessed us by putting a Pinterest idea to good use.
Old pillows and extra fabric are now pads for the kids to lay on!
Thank you Nana! It was wonderful to have Grandpa & Nana
come visit us and "spoil" us all while they were here. |
 |
Five: Our family now has discovered a new game, we call Ninja Noodles.
Very fun! Recently the four youngest took Mama on for an evening filled
with lots of laughter and joy. The rules for our game are...no hitting above the waist,
no hitting while a ninja is down, no hitting if someone asks you to stop,
and have LOTS of fun! Mama is the keeper of all the weapons
($1.88 each from Wal-mart) and they could come out at anytime.
Prepare to defend yourself! |
Blessings upon you and your family as you enjoy this fabulous time of the year.
