Parker's Treasured Day

Yesterday was a day that Parker will “treasure” in his heart for a long time to come. In the morning, he was able to spend time playing with his buddy, Benjamin Burnett, while his mama used the Burnett’s DSL connection. The boys played non-stop and had a great time. Benjamin blessed Parker with a new cowboy hat that Benjamin had recently outgrown. Parker was thrilled and hasn’t taken it off since. Parker appreciates anything that has to do with cowboys.

After leaving the Burnett’s, a quick stop by the Tyler’s house to drop something off was in order. To Parker’s great joy, Mrs. Tyler invited Parker to stay and play for awhile. Parker was blessed to spend an hour playing with Jacob and Haddon while his mama went home. Parker had a wonderful time playing with his friends. To make his day even better, the Tyler’s gave Parker his very first animal to call his own…a little male kitten. Parker quickly named him Treasure. Parker and Treasure have been inseparable. Parker’s siblings also think this new little addition to the Elliott family is quite the treasure!

Days just don't get any better than this when you are a six year old little boy! Thank you God for blessing Parker.
