In September, Lillie, Emma and Camie made the 5 hour round trip to see their sister, along with Tamy. Susanna especially likes it when any or all of the triplets are able to come visit her. On this visit, Susanna had a pass after therapy. We took her to Target were we all had lunch and then did some shopping. Just after lunch, Susanna took a few minutes to write the Texas Elliott's a quick thank you note for a delight game they had passed her way. By the smile on her face, you can see she was very blessed by their thoughtfulness!
On October 7th, Brent & Tamy made a special trip up to talk with Susanna's therapist and visit with Susanna. The sad reality of Susanna not working her treatment as we all had hoped she would needed to be confronted. As great of a facility that Susanna is in, it is only going to truly help her if she is willing to help herself. We pray that Susanna will make the necessary changes she needs to make so she can move forward in her life. Our hearts desire is that Susanna would come to a place where she could have a saving relationship with Christ and be a productive member of society. We covet your prayers on Susanna's behalf as we work with her towards this goal.
