Holiday Tradition with the Russell Family

When we moved from California to Oklahoma in 2004, we left behind family and friends and the holiday traditions we celebrated with them. In December of that year, we started a new holiday tradition with some new friends, the Russell family. For the last six years, we have gathered for dinner, decorating gingerbread houses or cookies, singing and sweet fellowship. It has always proved to be filled with much joy and love. The Russell family has taken to spoiling all our children with their generosity and thoughtfulness. This year, Mrs. Russell had personalized plates made for some of them. The plates are quite the hit. Thank you, Mrs. Russell! Susanna was home for a visit and especially enjoyed time with Mr. Russell. We are so thankful that the Lord has blessed us with such special neighbors and friends.
