As we left the beach and began our journey back to Oklahoma, we made a quick stop off in Nipomo to say good-bye to our dear and precious friends, the Eschenbach's. Much to our delight, Bitty and Bekah had prepared a special tea for us! We enjoyed a sweet time of fellowship as we indulged in all the tasty treats set before us. We were sorry that Hattie and Lillie had already flown back to Indianapolis for a WIT conference so they missed out. Dennah was overjoyed by the tea and all the effort the girl's put forth to make everything look so fancy. She took these tea photos to remind us all of our friend's kindness and to inspire future tea celebrations in our home. Everything looked so pretty and made us feel so loved. Thank you Bitty, Bekah and Momma Bach!.jpg)

Each time we spend time with the Eschenbach's, Daddy Bach takes it upon himself to treat us all to a new experience. Last year, we all went to the Melodrama to see a western. We had a great time. This year, we went to watch a movie at the drive-in theatre. Definitely a first time thing for my family. Momma Bach made tons of popcorn, prepared candy bags and provided water bottles for everyone. We stayed warm in sleeping bags while snuggling together. It was so much fun! Below is a photo of all the kids with Daddy Bach, along with Chip & Ty's special friends, Katie & Savannah.
In keeping with tradition, we took our "blending" photos. It is so much fun to look back at all the photos and see how much the children have grown, along with how the size of our families have grown. It was Momma Bach who inspired our family to "blend" in the first place over fifteen years ago!

The original five....Lillie, Ty, Hattie, Chip & Dennah.
After our families became friends in 1994, we added on this crew...Becker, Bitty, Bekah, Parker, Clay, Emma & Camie (and Susanna, too!)
Finn is the most recent addition and truly a miracle! We all love this fabulous little guy..jpg)

We are blessed to be counted among the Eschenbach's friends and praise God for them.
